Pros

learning something new every day, fast paced, some people are amazing and most are highly intelligent

Cons

They will fire you for taking a leave of absence if they don't believe it's a good enough reason. If you're in the FCs, they work you to death and you have to make rate, no matter what. No accommodations for making rate. Managers get ahead by claiming someone else's work, by gaslighting those under them, by acting like they're the ones to fix everyone else's mistakes. They only care about results, not how you got the result. You are nothing to them.

Pros

Salary, stocks, coworkers, and associates

Cons

Terrible leadership. Amazon doesn’t care about the people as long as the metrics are good the overlook poor management, discrimination, harassment and so on. Work/life balance doesn’t exist and they expect you to be available 24/7. Going in I had a lot of hope and planned to stay long term. That quickly change when my mental and physical health was destroyed.
