Pros

Practical experience with operational devices includes learning how to image and provision laptops and other devices. Amazon Career Choice offers opportunities to earn certifications or a degree.

Cons

The pay raise is low, and advancement depends on performance. The technical side is complex and hard to learn since all tasks are managed through the dashboard.
