Pros

Pay is above minimum wage & 3 days Off Make some friends and meet different people you otherwise wouldnt of ever spoken to, work is easy but very repetitive better when you have a mate on the next station over you can chat to.

Cons

Repetitive, Long Hours and on your feet for 10 hours a day. No real career progression, they will recruit people straight out of Uni for managment positions rather than internally promoting people. You start on a green badge 9 month contract (or atleast i did) they will give you bad shift patterns for example i started on a fri-mon pattern didnt have a social life for 4 months because i worked every weekend. I worked there for just over a year and was offered a blue badge which makes you permanent but i couldnt take the repetitive work any longer so i left in january, can't say i miss the job but i miss the people i made friends with.
