Pros

Benefits start at day 1. Minimum wage is $15.00/hr. Shift differential is paid for overnight. Workers are good people, and the ones that make it after 5 weeks, are the ones that bust their butts to do their job, yet cannot make "the numbers" the managers want.

Cons

We are all in fear of losing our job when the busy season is over because we cannot meet our numbers. No home life with a 12 hour shift. Absolutely NO training, just someone coming around telling you you aren't meeting your goals. (We have goals? None of us know what those are...best kept secret there!) HR doesn't know what they're doing. They cut hours from regular schedule so you have to work more hours to get up to OT. They cut mandatory extra shift with two hours notice. You're just a number, getting their product through the door (inbound or outbound). Managers are inexperienced, and can't manage to tie their shoes, much less manage people. Morale is low. Pods are completely full, and you're expected to find a space for stuffing someone's product into the pod (you're required to stow at least one product before letting it go). I can't imagine purchasing something on Amazon, only to get a wrinkled or torn product. Yes, it is that bad.
