Pros

Umm... It shouldn't be this hard to think of SOMETHING. I guess the hire process is easier than anything I've ever experienced. You aren't interviewed. You go online to set up a time to go in for them to get your pertinent info, do a drug test, and get your consent to do a background check. You are hired solely based on that. As long as you pass the drug test and background is satisfactory, you're good to go. The benefits are good too.

Cons

Awful pay. Leadership is completely detached. Employee evaluation is based exclusively on a flawed system of quantity, which is extremely vulnerable to abuse by lazy employees and is incapable of recognizing outstanding effort. Long story short; don't try to over-achieve here. It will absolutely not be recognized. Also, advancement is almost impossible. At least where I was. The best chance is being open to transfer elsewhere, which is unrealistic for most people.

Pros

It was fast paced, and the benefits were really good. Not to mention 14.50 an hour is a score the cafeteria was big and had lots of space for everyone to put their thing sin the fridges. It was a fun environment

Cons

They expect to much out of you they preach about being safe and working safe and being careful so you don’t mess up. But then they are always after you about productivity. I could keep up and I had already got 2 write ups for productivity within 2 weeks of each other and they weren’t suppose to give me a second one till after 30 days.
