As in any ORG, everyone has a specific skill-set. Many in the same roles rely on one another to hold the team to the expected standard. If you are petty, gossip or complain you should work elsewhere.

HR purposely assigns people of different personalities in roles to keep things in check. This upsets those who like to create "clickish" groups but prevents issues.
Promotions and Inclines are given to those of us who have performed and able to raise the bar.
Buildings are secure and for the most part clean.

Cons
Constant change due to explosive growth, not a bad thing but you must be prepared to accept the challenges presented.

Jealousy by those who cannot meet the highest standards and try to inject discord or fabricate and gossip. Thankfully, in my region It is quickly quashed and uprooted.
