Pros

Benefits. Culture, Learning, Opportunity is plentiful if you have what it takes. Others in leadership roles working together to develop and hire the best. As in any ORG, everyone has a specific skill-set. Many in the same roles rely on one another to hold the team to the expected standard. If you are petty, gossip or complain you should work elsewhere. In working in several buildings, there is always plenty to improve upon is often welcomed by Sr. Leadership to invoke change. HR purposely assigns people of different personalities in roles to keep things in check. This upsets those who like to create "clickish" groups but prevents issues. Promotions and Inclines are given to those of us who have performed and able to raise the bar. Buildings are secure and for the most part clean. I started on the floor as a part time employee and quickly have risen to leadership based on my hard work. 2 years later in my role I am respected by my peers and Sr leadership.

Cons

Constant change due to explosive growth, not a bad thing but you must be prepared to accept the challenges presented. Parking at many buildings are a premium. Be prepared to walk to your assignment. If you expect to just come in do nothing just to collect your earnings this is not the place. Jealousy by those who cannot meet the highest standards and try to inject discord or fabricate and gossip. Thankfully, in my region It is quickly quashed and uprooted.

Pros

Brand name for your resume Cutting edge

Cons

Overly political even though they claim to not have politics Brutal demotivating culture that uses leadership principles as a weapon to tear people down rather than to teach and grow

Pros

Good pay and relocation assistance for interns! Fast paced environment, The entire management team, even beyond my own manager, was very supportive and gave great guidance and advice on how to be a successful Area Manager. Skills learned include multitasking, (quick) analysis and prioritization, and effectively managing/leading a team.

Cons

Very little structure or guidance with the required project - struggled to find an appropriate topic given the intern time frame and skill level. Ended up doing most project work at home with little time to work on it during the work day. The warehouses generally aren't in big cities so it can be hard to start if you don't know anyone in the area. Other than the project, the job isn't very mentally stimulating.
