The leadership team has been one of the most supportive i've ever met. Everyone work closely to ensure that our key metrics are achieved and they're fully supportive in every idea or endeavor you wish to pursue.

Cons

Even though the department was great, senior leaderships in amz (not department) needs to be more transparent when it comes to changes in policies and take into consideration their policies, as the current outlook feels misaligned compared to their "World's best employee" leadership principles.
