Pros

Pay, benefits and career development

Cons

Required flexibility- you can get switches between night and day shift or front half / back half. Almost all positions require one weekend day shift. As a manager you will be there minimum 4 shifts, 11-12 hours each.

Pros

If you are early in your career and would like unfiltered accelerated learning, this is the place to be. If you are experienced, you will smell the nonsense a mile away

Cons

Extremely high out of control favoritism in APAC with zero oversight. Deep politics that takes people's time away from doing actual needed impactful work.
