Pros

I have to type 5 words.

Cons

Although your contract states you work 4x10 hours, you are expected to work at least 12 hours a day, if you are a salary employee. I was thrown in almost immediately as an operations manager with no training on how to run the reports. I was injured and could not get the accommodation approved in the short term I needed the accommodation Zero support from senior management, lack of understanding and compassion from General Manager. HR department will not support you, their interest is in the protecting the company against you!
