Pros

Good salary and smart people. Never a boring day. Lots to learn and opportunity to work on complex systems. Made lots of good connections. Lots of good stories about problem solving and making meaningful contributions.

Cons

Very stressful and long hours. Organization-wide goals have questionable motivations. Tight deadlines and out of touch leadership. Worse benefits than other companies. Strong push for AI that results in justifying bad decisions.
