Pros

We could bring our dogs. It's really awesome. And we can see many cute dogs. It would be a good chance to join Amazon.

Cons

There are too much oncall. Oncall is really busy, and sometimes we can't sleep at all. And the management is bad. Salary is also low.

Pros

You get to work in small teams, work on interesting problems, develop on good infrastructure, work with smart people and gain invaluable experience

Cons

You will have to be on pager duty on a rotational basis, some teams have high operational load and thus are not able to dedicate as much time as they like on development.
