Pros

If your leadership is good, your days run pretty smooth

Cons

Work/Life balance is not good at all. Amazon hires anyone that can move but expect them to perform like a professional athlete

Pros

Name recognition when you look for another job

Cons

Absolute worst job I’ve ever had. Saw therapy during and after leaving the staffing never stays the same managers are always being hired and quitting associates are terrible. Amazon will hire anyone with a pulse and it shows.

Pros

Ownership is up to the manager, you can sail or sink your own ship.

Cons

Depending on your building the culture can widely very, one Sr. team may rank you top tier while another may rank you least effective. Side of business will also largely effect your experience. Some operations have great work life balance while others are not so much.
