Pros

The work schedule is generally flexible, with employees working four days and having three days off each week.

Cons

There is a significant amount of favoritism, with even underperforming managers being promoted to operation manager roles. Retaliation is also a concern—managers who speak up often face backlash from operation managers and may eventually be pressured to resign simply because they are not liked. While this is not the case in every building, favoritism and retaliation are especially prevalent in the Edison SSD facility.

Pros

Good salary and stock awards, great benefits, great diversity in departments and encouraged internal transfers between departments.

Cons

Heavily dependant on the area of operations you land - legacy vs. Robotics is like a different company and will require different capabilities. Not great work-life balance as schedule may change based on operational needs
