Pros

Employees at all levels are encouraged to voice their opinions and share their ideas. Work hard, play hard mentality. Respectable leadership for the most part. Potential for growth and advancement if you're determined. Fair compensation.

Cons

Some on the management team need to learn to show respect. Work life balance not anywhere close to being adequate; can be draining mentally and physically when working in Amazon Ops.

Pros

A very innovative company. Quick to make changes and a fast paced environement

Cons

No work life balance. No job security. Very cut throat. No positive encouragement or acknowledgement. If you do well, no one will say anything. If you do poorly, you will be yelled at in an unprofessional manner. HR does not care about managers. This company is only concerned with the appearance of associates experiences.

Pros

Great chances for promotions. The company is growing fast year after year. You can get a promotion every year. You work hard but play hard as well. They take good care of each other.

Cons

Like most retail jobs the hours can be very long. Especially during the holiday season.
