Pros

Good salary and work life balance 4 days, 3 days off. Good access to PTO and annual leave. Much easier job then management consulting for similar pay.

Cons

Lack of career progression. Unreasonable management duties and lack of people first leadership, Poor internal process optimization in regards to financial and operational performance metrics. Amazon is the jungle and its very man for himself
