Pros

The associates were generally fun to work with. It was enjoyable to have a new target each day.

Cons

The senior leadership was weak across the board. Though the Amazon Leadership Principles were emphasized during hiring, they were abandoned anytime there was stress on the fulfillment system. The respective fulfillment centers were left to manage problems that should have been fixed up stream in the supply chain. A high tech company could not accurately control what cargo would be on trailers when they arrived to inbound receiving. Damage units built up and subsumed available storage space. Senior leaders did not speak up nor work to solve systemic problems. Associates were not trained sufficiently to safely perform their jobs.
