Pros

Money and stock if you can last long enough. The associates and PA team work very hard but have no say in management decisions.

Cons

Turnover in leadership. New AMs and OMs just change things to get credit for doing something and everything has a metric to score you on. Even if it doesn't make sense.

Pros

Their leadership mantra is strong and logical, consistent with my own. The founder's vision of re-investing in the enterprise is a good sign for the long term success.

Cons

The revolving door aspect of the hourly ranks is frustrating. Building knowledge is a struggle due to the transient nature of the hourly workforce.
