Pros

Great talent to learn from all around. Because the people come in with such solid credentials, it pushes me to be a much stronger leader/contributor.

Cons

There is not nearly as much structure as previous companies I have worked for. For people to be successful, they need to be able to handle ambiguity well.

Pros

Pay and benefits are very competitive.

Cons

Work-Life balance is horrible. The company advertises peak season as the long hours and hard push but it really happens routinely throughout the year. Peak is actually easier because the job is simplified and you work hard.

Pros

Salary and stock option are top tier and can boost your personal savings. The on-boarding process allows for a unique opportunity to travel.

Cons

Size is too big. The company hires way too many people and then let more than half of them go. Does not show appreciation of hard work or value of employees. Additionally with little standard practices to follow the culture allows for biased promotion practices.
