Pros

Benefits and pay are amazing and the company awards stock to management like it's going out of style. Schedule is 4 days per week which provides ample time to enjoy the weekend.

Cons

Peak (Thanksgiving through Christmas) can be rough considering we work 5-6 days per week and 13-14 hrs. This job isn't for the faint of heart or the fly under the radar type of managers. These people will usually be drummed out to make way for new and eager talent.
