Pros

Great pay, great advancement opportunities. Love that I had a long career with amazon and would of still been spending my years there for the right manager.

Cons

Bureaucracy to the extreme level. Especially if you are at a smaller site. At time it felts people focused more on feelings rather than merit. For a company that says they are metric driven it doesn't always show.

Pros

Looks great on the resume. Company will take care of external hires.

Cons

Company low balls internal promos. Will tell you it's a 10 hour shift, but will work more closely to 13-14 hours on a regular day.
