Pros

I am able to grow and manage my projects how I see best. I can also work on improving processes. The work can be challenging; for me it's been positively challenge as I am learning more and adding skills and knowledge I did not have prior.

Cons

Onboarding to Amazon was extremely detailed, but specific team and work onboarding was not so strong. I am learning everything while working without in-depth training.

Pros

Pay is decent though when you calculate your per hour salary, you would be making minimum wage

Cons

Senior management controls your career. If they like you, they will promote you. If they don’t, they will make you work hard but will not even value you. Senior management holds personal vengeance and will screw your career during their forte
