Pros

Salary is okay, but the RSU makes it worthwhile depending on your level. At L4, you can receive an additional $25K per year. You'll have the opportunity to work with great people and there are growth opportunities, but you must be willing to relocate most of the time.

Cons

Warehouse buildings depend on the professionalism and work culture of the GM and senior team. For example, Orlando GM and senior team for 2024-2025 treat employees as just a number and don't seem to care about work-life balance. Expect to work +12-hour shifts, six days in a row, with frequent swaps between day and night schedules—without any consideration for personal circumstances. L8 & L7 focus on numbers only, with little regard for associate injuries or unsafe conditions. They only appear to care about safety by posting rules at the entrance, offering pancakes, or putting on fake smiles
