Pros

Pay, free coffee, reduced prices on vending machines, some people are worth working there.

Cons

Very strange situations happen there. I can’t go into detail because I have fear of consequences but the company is getting worse and worse. Everyday more greedy. And we feel it. A lot. I used to like it but it changed.

Pros

Colleagues and delivery partners were the best part of the job — supportive, hardworking, and made the day-to-day worthwhile. Fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop operational skills. Exposure to a wide variety of issues that sharpened problem-solving, people management, and logistical planning.

Cons

Poor handling of internal grievances, including potential conflicts of interest Subjected to multiple investigations that felt retaliatory after raising a concern No proper system to track or communicate holiday accrual for managers I had to uncover over 130 hours of missing holiday pay myself Accused of "time theft" for early clock-ins, despite not being paid for most of that time HR processes felt biased and undermined trust in leadership
