Pros

Good working hours with plenty of other staff to interact with and develop good relationships. There are 3 different shift which is good for meeting your routine with a front and back-end shift pattern. Decent pay with good working hours.

Cons

Hiring managers need to double check who they hire as some people I have come across don't possess the skills for their roles and routinely make mistakes and cause problems for others. Used to be big on internal development until they changed Directors then it slowed down a lot.

Pros

Amazon is a large innovative company with a diversity of departments and roles offered. If you are willing to learn and work hard, the company can really develop potential.

Cons

The size and scope of the company means one can sometimes feel like just a 'number' to be counted and utilised in function. Also, there is a slight tendency to throw you into the 'deep end' of operations without much training and see how you cope.
