Pros

A lot of guidance and trainings from the Global team

Cons

Your potential success as a Pathways intern is taken as a threat by senior managers who are not willing to accept you as a peer. Everyone knows you’re making more money than non-Pathways employees on the same position which creates envious environment.

Pros

Fast growth, great exposure to wide ranging problems. Straight out of business school you lead a team of leaders.

Cons

Long hours, brutal culture. Operations is all about cost cutting so every minute has to be accounted for.
