Problems galore

Pros

Not many The one positive is that they do give you unpaid time that is accrued daily and you can be late or leave early with this time without getting in trouble or requesting time off. However, when there’s glitches, basically no one can help you because HR is outsourced customer service in a different country.

Cons

Major physical demands above normal human thresholds Safety discussed in meetings but not in action Clearly, a huge class divide in people who work in Tech on the coding side and people who work in the warehouse, coders get four weeks of vacation time after being with the company for one year whereas warehouse workers only get two weeks of vacation after one year of working at the company and to be clear that’s just the ability to get that much vacation that’s not earned until you work from the one year mark to two year mark. HR is almost nonexistent, there’s a person in our office not even a couple hours per day at our shift and when you try to make a case through my HR they constantly redirect you to just go to your in person HR. They are clearly customer service agents and not HR representatives. They have no ability to go through the history of your account or work together and if you get disconnected, you have to entirely start over. No one is going to look out for you at this job or make sure you’re safe. You have to do everything on your own to be safe in this position. That also means you have to push back when Management tells you to do things that’s against their own policies of safety.

Cons

There is no Grey area. It's black and white. They don't care how well you work they will expect more and more and let the slackers get away with anything

Pros

Salary is not bad for folks who don't have a college degree and or skilled trade. Best health insurance I have ever seen. Legit blown away.

Cons

Fast paced which may not be suitable for most. Culture of entitled employees.
