Pros

You are introduced to so many different parts of distribution. Robotics, conveyoance, dock, OB, IB, inventory control. If your looking to gain experience this is the place to LEARN.

Cons

If you're part of the middle class and think you have a shot at working at the bottom and climbing up the career ladder at amazon think again. Hard work will only get you so far with this company. You need a BS (in anything) to get a good salary and even with that the hours aren't worth it.

Pros

The people you work with become like family

Cons

Management is terrible. The only thing that matters is how much you produce, even if the expectations are unreasonable. They don't care about the employees. Machines are constantly breaking. They will keep adding work to your workload until you fail and then write you up for failing.
