Moving up is very difficult, and all comes down to how well you interview. Unfortunately, you could be the brightest, most dedicated employee; however, if you don't interview well, your future is not bright at Amazon :(. Associates abuse UPT by not showing on critical MOT days, leave early and arrive late, and we can't do anything about it.
