Pros

Decent medical benefits, chance to learn a lot about the a fulfillment business process and make quick but safe and smart business decisions.

Cons

Can be VERY stressful at times. May have to work in very hot or very cold conditions depending on where you are in the building. Dealing with peak new hires during holiday season is extremely frustrating because of the total lack of proper per-screening process.

Pros

Opportunity work environment and people. Its all good, you do have to be a self motivator. Picking or stowing making rate is a challenge but if you stay on task and work with a sense of urgency you will make it happen .

Cons

So much to learn and that takes time. The number of tools available are substantial. Not a CON but its almost info overload but with time you will find your groove.

Pros

amazon is thriving so there are lots of opportunities for future career development and their benefits are okay.

Cons

High stress in the warehouses. Employees are in a rated function in which they must average above the bottom 10% or they are performance managed and possibly fired. Corporate is the way to go.
