Pros

Benefits and Time off options. Good employees with good work ethic should have no issues working here and moving up.

Cons

Company is compartmentalized and it is hard to get answers or action taken on issues. Nearly impossible to find the right contacts for help from outside your own site.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities for training. I love learning new things. Being on the ramp, the scenery changes and I don't have to do the same thing every day.

Cons

The Leadership Principles that are hammered into associates who want to advance are quickly thrown out the window once you hit Tier III. Advancement is a popularity contest and independent thought is not appreciated.
