Internal promoted employees are low balled compared to external hires Internal transfers are based on how well you interview not on skill set/education Corporate and the FC world might as well be two separate companies and have a bias towards each other during the hiring process (ie FCs prefer to hire FC workers over corporate and corporate prefers corporate/office employees over FC employees).
