Pros

Amazon offers strong opportunities for individuals who are proactive and self-driven. There is a high degree of ownership, allowing employees to shape their own career paths and take on meaningful challenges early. For those who are motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, the environment can accelerate growth and skill development significantly.

Cons

The organization can be complex, and navigating internal processes often requires strong stakeholder management. At times, progress can feel slower than expected due to layers of approvals and operational structure. Additionally, building the right relationships can play a key role in advancing initiatives and driving impact.

Pros

Brand value of working at Amazon

Cons

Amazon is not like what it was 8 years back. Amazon India or globallyd is becoming like a BPO. All OGs are leaving or are made to leave. Politics, fake work and toxic work culture. We are witnessing the fall of the Roman empire.

Pros

Opportunities exist if you are looking for them

Cons

Bunch of corporate boot lickers. Only way to survive is to tie yourself to an L7 and ride their coattails. No work life balance
