None so far. Forcing employees to return to work when same things can be achieved remotely.

Cons

Return to office in person 3 days a week without data to show supporting evidences of productivity improvements.

Pros

You get to say that you worked at Amazon (not easy to get through the interview process). You will work with incredibly intelligent people and you will learn along the way.

Cons

Constant chaos for subpar pay, you'll take a pay cut every year due to mediocre comp adjustments, stock price continually decreasing, and your hiring bonuses going away. Leadership are robots, promotions become a form of punishment for high performers (promos get rejected regularly for non-value add reasons), everyone is in a pure panic all the time, leadership don't seem to have a clear idea of what is happening most of the time. After several years, I need to be off the Amazon roller coaster.
