The company is great to learn new skills and develop yourself

It's not good if you are a white man. Most of the growth programmes will not be for you as they only focus to help ethnic minorities or female employees. Those are great programmes and should be kept, but they put some individuals in a preferred position Vs others, preventing the others from growing
