Pros

Opportunity for self development Receive Stock in the company The vision of Jeff is inspiring career wise but also his leadership principles can be applied to personal life goals

Cons

Managers are not very hands on for development. You really have to work hard to get the visibility and attention of the right resources to receive a promotion Stocks are considered part of your compensation but are taxed insanely Male dominated in certain leadership roles

Pros

Great pay, out of the box thinking coworkers, opportunities for growth

Cons

"Ambiguous" culture is just an excuse that no one knows what's going on. You better not be a bottom performer or they will manage you out through a brutal process. Most people are like robots without personality, so the workplace isn't very warm.
