Pros

They hire you to be the SME in your role and therefore give you the freedom and flexibility to do your job. There are a ton of opportunities for professional development and career growth. The energy is positive, fast paces, and trusting. They really follow the leadership principles so if you can tie any decision to those then you can make a good case for change.

Cons

Most decisions, programs, changes require a 6-page white paper. I'm writing more now than when I was in grad school

Pros

Good to have on cv and full of flexibility, MN gives you chance to learn a lot of you want

Cons

Incredibly stressful and full of senior managers with zero experience just because they come straight out of the MBA.. Sometimes you are lucky..other times you are not. At last you change team.
