Pros

Amazon is a great place for builders. If you're curious and want to build tools/technology/etc that is going to impact the future then Amazon is for you. If you're hungry and are wanting to dive deep into technology then Amazon is for you. The compensation is there and career opportunities are endless.

Cons

Some might say that the hours or work life/balance is a con but if you're passionate/hungry about the work that you do and want to grow and develop professionally then no worries here.
