Pros

I've come to really enjoy and thrive with the flexibility I'm given in my schedule. I'm encouraged to be innovative and creative, without the pressure of "doing what I'm told". I feel that under these conditions, I've been able to contribute immensely to the business and grow professionally.

Cons

Because of the company's focus on innovation, I find myself sometimes working in an ambiguous environment that leads to team confusion or frustration (sometimes though, the ambiguity leads to a positive and creative environment). Another con is the lack of female and URM perspectives. While there are female and URMs working at the company, the majority of the staff is white men. This leads to a majority perspective that is communicated as "neutral" when really it is gender biased.

Cons

Inability to work remote until COVID-19 but i had already resigned, no work life balance, no training budget even though i was promised a training budget in my interview, incompetent HR partners and managers alike.
