Pros

You can switch teams if your team is not the right fit (but if your on a dev plan than you can't, once I told my manager I'm switching teams she put me in a dev plan right away so that I can't.)

Cons

They wanted me to work Monday-Sunday literally got an email from my manager stating those expectations! Leadership can be crappy A LOT of the times.
