Pros

You will get to work on the following: - New products and latest technologies - Great projects and learning opportunities - Good work culture - A lot of flexibility

Cons

- No work-life balance - A lot of favouritism when it comes to growth opportunities - No rewards or recognition; especially if you are on a global team and not based in US or Europe. Above all, it mostly depends on the team and the team manager. This might not be the case for other teams and departments.
