Pros

Working at Amazon provides opportunities that other companies can't offer. You are afforded freedom in your role to grow and execute big ideas. The opportunities for growth or plentiful and the work environment is refreshing.

Cons

With a big company there are obvious flaws. The most notable being that there are so many different things going on it's hard to keep up!
