Pros

- Some people are great to work with -Offices in many location

Cons

- Toxic work culture, no sense of collaboration or respect among teams. - Management is terrible, lacks clear direction and support for employees. - Expect to work awful hours with no work-life balance. - Way too much unnecessary documentation, wasting time on pointless processes. - Constant pressure with unrealistic expectations and no recognition. - High turnover, and for good reason – no one wants to stay in such an environment. - Leadership is disconnected from the realities faced by employees on the ground.
