Pros
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the largest cloud company in the world. Employees get to see and be a part of cutting edge technology.
Cons
The work culture is terrible. It's clear that the entire company is set up to use employees and then discard them. There are a minimal amount of resources and outlandish expectations to do something with nothing. The organization is set up to pit employees against each other. The compensation is back-end loaded towards the end of 4 years, and most employees don't make it past 2 years.
