Pros

• They do allow you to be creative and such but at the end of the day, its a warehouse and you can't do much about it

Cons

• Rigorous work for sure - have to walk a lot, lift boxes, babysit adults, sometimes sweeping floors - physically demanding • Working hours almost always exceeded 10hrs • A lot of other MBA interns hated the job and quit

Pros

Great exposure to different type of businesses. Amazon is a wide corporation and moving between corporations is up to you and your skills.

Cons

Amazon Operations is a lot of grit and determination. It is definitely not for everyone.
