Pros
Great pay, many benefits such as good health insurance that doesn't take half of your paycheck, and they offer tons of other benefits and insurance such as Legal Representation, Roadside Service, Pet insurance, 401K, accident insurance etc, and the cost is not bad at all. There is also opportunity for advancement to other dept such as safety, learning ambassador, process assistant, shift supervisor...
Cons
The work is very physical and demanding. They will VTO (Volunteer Time Off) the employees to the point that they are short handed and expect everyone else to pick up their assigned work which is almost always left a complete mess that you have to organize all while packages are still pouring in and stacking up which is enough to give even the calmest person an anxiety attack and putting you way behind and bringing your rate down which in return will get you written up, so by 1st break you end up with at least twice as much work than what you started with and are soaking wet with sweat in a building that when you first walk into it at the beginning of your shift you have to wear a jacket because it's so cold in there... But you won't be wearing it for long!! 5 min into your shift you are shedding it and then an hour into your shift you are drenched with sweat. Your shifts are 10 hrs long btw.
