Pros

4 days, 10 hours. Can't work you over 60 hours a week or 12 hours a day. Can't send you home. You get PTO, Unpaid Time off and Paid Vacation. You can use your UPT and PTO anytime you please don't have to give an excuse to the managers just tell them you're leaving and then leave.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and sly. They all have serious attitudes and refuse to give a little to get a little. They constantly are talking bad about level one employees with their level three underlings. If the managers aren't having sexual relations with you then they don't care about you. They will work you into the ground day by day and then still tell you to take more responsibility. You don't get trained properly and are expected to just figure it out and work at top tier preformance.
