Pros

got to work with Amazon systems and tell people I worked at Amazon. Visited the headquarters for orientation which was a cool experience.

Cons

I was a grocery store worker essentially. The work could be pretty mind numbing and repetitive at times. There seemed to be easy ways to make certain jobs at the store easier that were not implemented. even though I had suggestions. I'm sure there was a lot of bureaucracy involved to make changes.

Pros

You earn UPT hours, PTO hours and Vacation hours

Cons

Well deserved need more more. PA’s actually are the ones who runs the floor and lanes. We are basically like managers without the pay while Managers sit back out of site out of mind. Tbh there’s no need for the managers. They make you do mandatory MET. They’re hire new employees making more money than the ones who’s already working there and they offer new employees sign on bonuses while their loyal employees don’t get any compensation of a bonus. Management shows favoritism.
