Pros

Good overtime rate, and nice co-workers. There is nothing else other than that.

Cons

Poor communication about coronavirus, and everything else. Our warehouse has had four fires in the last 6 months and not one manager has communicated these situations with any of their employees. There is constant fear that today could be your last day, and they don't give you a reason for it. It creates a lot of anxiety. I have heard of multiple employees having their badges suspended without any communication given to them at all, they only find out when they go to scan their badge to get into the warehouse.
