Pros

.Pays better than most warehouse jobs (although that is not saying much) .Decent benefits and time-off policy .guaranteed 40 hours if full-time

Cons

.Poorly managed, If you have a good day or an awful day is completely up to whether or not management was competent enough that day to distribute the work evenly .If understaffed, management will basically leave you to die and just hope workers show up late to fill in those areas. .Do not work hard, doing so only guarantees that management will constantly try to place you in more difficult areas and there is no pay difference between the easiest job in the building and the hardest. If you want to learn a new position or to be placed on an easier job, do not work harder or try to stand out. Just try and be best friends with a process assistant.
